Despite the late Spring... OUR SUPER SWEET CARROTS HAVE ARRIVED!  They are really baby baby, so pickling would be an excellent idea!  And of course, they make a healthy treat for snacking...

It has been a cool, wet Spring, which means that Strawberries have been taking their SWEET time... but that's exactly what happened!  They're SWEET and FLAVOURFUL... we grow these berries because we KNOW you'll be satisfied with their taste!  Mmmmm... Smoothies, Jam, Strawberry Shortcake!  YUM
